I don't know who owns the tracks but the company that runs the rail cars also runs the skunk train over these tracks.

It looks like they removed all the stow-n-go seats so only the front 2 seats are remaining. So only 2 people can go down the highway, "legally in seats / seatbelts". Is this correct, or where are the back seats?
